The perfect solution for your current situation
The consumer proposal is a process that helps you pay off your entire debt or an agreed upon portion, either monthly or within a specific period of time (up to a maximum of 5 years).
Depending on the amount of debt you have, it may be possible for you to contact your creditors directly and negotiate a lower interest rate or a repayment schedule that works for you.
Debt consolidation consolidates your debt into a single monthly repayment and allows you to repay multiple creditors.
Under the Orderly Payment of Debt (OPD) program the court will consolidate your loans and pay your unsecured creditors on your behalf at an interest rate of 5% per annum in three or more years.
There are a number of ways to restore your credit. Together, we will review the advantages and disadvantages of each of the options available to you.
If you’re struggling with debt, there are many options available to you and it may be difficult to choose the best one. With MNP LTD, we can find a solution that works with your specific, financial needs. With our help, we can ensure all your options have been assessed.
